Situated at the elevation of 3700m above sea level between Gilgit and Chitral, Shandur Pass invites visitors to experience a traditional Polo match between the teams of Gilgit and Chitral from 7-9 July every year. Two other exciting matches are also played between the teams of Laspar and Ghizer and Chitral 'A' VS Gilgit 'A' teams during the festival. The festival also includes folk Music, folk Dances, traditional sports and temporary tent village is setup at the pass to cater the needs.

Islamabad – Swat - Gilgit – Hunza - Kashgar


Day 01 Islamabad Arrive Islamabad and transfer to the hotel for overnight.
Day 02 Swat Drive to Swat with visit of Takht-e-Bhai monastery enroute.  Arrive and transfer to the hotel for overnight.
Day 03 Swat Sightseeing in Swat, including museum and Butkara. Afternoon excursion to Madyan and Bahrain.
Day 04 Chilas Drive through Shangla pass to Besham, a small town on the Bank of Indus and continue on the Karakorum highway to Chilas for overnight at hotel.
Day 05 Gilgit Drive to Gilgit and upon arrival transfer to hotel.Afternoon visit rock carving Buddha at Kargah and Gilgit Bazar
Day 06 Gilgit Day excursion to Naltar Valley.
Day 07 Hunza Drive to Hunza and enjoy the views of Majestic Rakaposhi (7788 m) from several view points. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 Hunza Excursion to Nagar and enjoy the views of Hopper glacier. Afternoon visit Altit/Baltit forts.
Day 09 Gulmit Drive to Gulmit and sightseeing in the afternoon. Overnight At hotel in Gulmit.
Day 13 Islamabad Flight to Islamabad. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Laterproceed for sightseeing of Islamabad. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 Islamabad
Day excursion to Taxila, including Julian, Sirkap and Taxila museum. Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
